When you install and use the App, Shopify shares with us:

Basic store data needed to apply conditional display rules
Session data used for authentication and API access

Information we process for the App

Condition configuration data: The visibility rules, conditions, and display logic you configure in the App for your theme sections and blocks
Storefront context data: Runtime context signals (e.g. customer tags, cart state, URL parameters) used to evaluate conditions during a visitor's session. This data is evaluated in the browser and is not stored on our servers.
Usage data: How the App is used (e.g. which features are used) to improve the service and support

We do not collect or store personal data about your store's customers beyond what is transiently evaluated to apply visibility conditions during their visit.
