Installation & Setup

Get up and running with Section Conditions + on your Shopify store.

Installing the App

  1. Visit the app on the Shopify App Store
  2. Click Install and authorize the required permissions
  3. You’ll be redirected to the app dashboard inside your Shopify admin

Getting Started

After installation, follow the 3-step setup guide on your dashboard:

Step 1: Activate the App Embed

Open your theme editor and enable the Section Conditions + app embed under App embeds. This is required for rules to take effect on your storefront — without it, no sections will be shown or hidden.

Step 2: Create Your First Rule

Click Create rule, pick a section from your storefront using the visual section picker, then set the conditions that control when that section appears or is hidden.

Step 3: Preview on Your Storefront

Visit your store to see the rule in action. Rules evaluate the moment the page loads, and cart-based conditions re-check automatically as the cart changes — no reload needed for those. Location, customer, and page conditions are read once per page load, so a change like logging in mid-session needs a page reload to be picked up.
